Dr. Nicole Forel, DDS
Light Street Dental
Dr. Nicole Forel moved to Baltimore, Maryland, from Brooklyn, New York, in 1997 to attend Johns Hopkins University. She stayed in Baltimore, graduating from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2005. She lives and works with her husband in Baltimore City as a practicing dentist and owner of Light Street Dental. When she is not working to improve people’s smiles, she enjoys scuba diving with her husband and taking photographs of the underwater world.

Dr. Monica Bulay, DDS
Light Street Dental
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Monica Bulay earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University Maryland. She then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Dr. Bulay is a general dentist in Baltimore City and has since planted roots in Maryland with her husband, son, and dog. As a new mom, she felt privileged that this opportunity enabled her to combine her love of teeth and her new affinity for children’s books in a fun and educational way.

Aimee Curley, RN, MSN
Cornerstone Pediatrics
Aimee Curley, RN, MSN, earned her BS in Nursing with a degree in Nutrition from West Chester University and continued her education at Wright State University, earning her MS in Child Health and Wellness Nursing. She is the Clinical Nurse Practice Manager and Nutrition Educator at Cornerstone Pediatrics. Aimee and her husband, Tim, have two sons, Jack and Davis, and live in Chesapeake, Virginia, with their dog, Philly.

Rey Bufi
The Storytelling Project
Rey Bufi or Kuya Rey is a storyteller, inspirational speaker, trainer, and founder of The Storytelling Project (TSP) and Basa Bookstore. He has crossed rivers and mountains to bring TSP’s own brand of happy learning to remote communities. He has given storytelling workshops for more than 10,000 volunteers, students, and teachers. He has reached more than 30,000 kids from Camiguin Norte, Babuyan Islands, Patikul, Sulu to Tawi-Tawi.
